Turn a cost sheet into a customer quote

Prepare a small wholesale quote without including your internal costs in the customer PDF.

Four steps

  1. Enter the customer-facing details

Add your business, customer, quote number and date. Enter up to 12 product lines with quantity, selling price and any discount. This version uses manual entry; it does not import Excel or CSV.

  2. Check internal costs and minimum quantities

Expand the internal margin area for each item to enter an optional unit cost and minimum quantity. Repeated SKUs share a minimum-quantity check. Review low-margin or quantity warnings before export.

  3. Add freight and payment terms

Set freight, deposit percentage, payment terms and any delivery notes. Check the customer preview. Amounts exclude tax; the PDF is a quotation, not a tax invoice.

  4. Export the customer PDF

Download the customer PDF, which excludes internal costs, margins and minimum-quantity warnings. Keep the private draft backup for yourself: it includes your costs.

What should I send to my customer?

Send the customer PDF. Do not send the private JSON draft backup, because it contains internal costs. Check the PDF before sharing it.

Before you use it

Free, no account. Quote data stays in your browser; only anonymous action and optional feedback categories are sent. The PDF contains page images, so its text cannot be selected. There is no customer catalog, spreadsheet import, invoicing or online approval yet.
